I’ve purchased a TCRE product with PayPal. How do I download it?
Simply go to the Start Page and enter your email address and access code. After successful submission you will be redirected to a product download page. When you click on the download link, you will be asked whether you want to open the file or save it. Choose “Save” and then look for files in your Downloads folder.
What’s an Access Code?
When you purchase a product, you will receive an email from us with the Access Code.
What if I lost / deleted the email with my Access Code?
Zip files will need to be extracted to be used: right click on the zipped folder and choose “Extract All”. Choose a location for extracting that you will be able to find again (e.g. My Documents).
PDF files will require the free Adobe Reader to view them. Click on the link below if you need to download Reader:
What happens after I register and pay for a Workshop?
You will receive two emails: one from PayPal with your receipt; and one from us with your Transaction Number.
Bring copies of both emails with you to the workshop; this is your “entry ticket”.
What if I want to pay by invoice for a Workshop?
Click on the “Pay by Invoice” link in Store. This will allow you to fill out an Registration Form and pay by check. When you submit the form, you will receive confirmation by email that you have registered.
You may then pay by several methods:
1. Send invoice and check to TCRE.
2. Provide invoice to your city, community, or other sponsor so they can mail payment to TCRE.
Bring copies of your confirmation email with you to the workshop; this is your “entry ticket”.
